In a large dish add dry ingredients

Pat dry the beef and add to the flour and pat off any exces

In a hot pan seal of the meat and pop into the pressure cooker

Add all the veg cover with the redwine and secure the lid and bring up to pressure this should only take 30 mins

Check that the meat is tender is so remove and keep the cooking liquor

Strain the cooking liquor and reduce down by at least a third to give you a rich thick sauce add the beef to warm through

Serve with creamy mash
