Wash, clean the squash and pat dry them on kitchen towel, peel and grated the squash and keep aside.

Heat ghee, add grated squash, saute for 1 min and add milk 🥛 mix well, cook on medium flame,cook till all the milk is dried out, add sugar mix well, cook till ghee comes out from the sides.

Add 'halwa' in serving dish and garnish with black currants raisins 🍇, sliced almonds and serve it hot.
