Ingredients

2 servings
  • 2Pak choi
  • 15 gasafoetida
  • 15 gcornflour
  • Coconut and rice milk

Steps

  1. 1

    Chop or slice the white part of the pak choi

  2. 2

    Mix all ingredients with the pak choi and marinade overnight. Ensure pak choi is covered with milk.

  3. 3

    Drain the liquid and use the soaked pak choi instead of onions. The liquid makes a good base for a savoury sauce.
