Mix all the four types of flour,salt,and water.to make a batter.(like Idli batter)

Add vegetables,cumin,red chilli powder in it and mix it well.Add 2 tb.spoon.of oil in the batter and leave it for 5 min.

Heat a non -stick pan or tawa, grease it with oil,clean it with tissue paper,pour one ladle full of the batter,sprinkle sesame seeds over it,and press it. Drizzle some oil on the edges of the chila,cover it and cook on medium flame.Flip it over and cook it on slow flame until golden brown.

Your delicious,and crispy chila is ready to serve.Serve.it hot with green chutney and tomato ketchup.
