  • 1pie crust
  • 1small pack of bacon bits
  • 1 cupheavy cream (about 250 ml)
  • 1 cupmilk (about 250 ml)
  • 2eggs
  • 2egg yolks
  • Salt and pepper
  • Shredded Swiss cheese

45 minutes
  1. 1

    Unroll the pie crust and place it in a pie dish. Prick it with a fork and bake for 10 minutes at 350°F.

    In a mixing bowl, combine the remaining ingredients and pour the mixture into the pre-baked crust.
