Firstly knead a dough of bajra flour for rotla and make a rotla, and now cut the rotla into small pieces and keep it aside

Now a kadai, put oil, heat the oil, add rai Jeera and Hing, after rai splutter add green garlic and cook for 2 to 3 mins, now add green onion, regular onion and cook until its translucent Now add ginger garlic paste, and cook well, now add all the Masala and cook for more 2 to 3 mins and add salt as per taste.

When everything is cooked, sim the flame add curd and stir well then add rotla and mix everything well and garnish with fresh Coriander. Now serve hot vagharelo rotla and enjoy winter Special dish.
