Vagharela Besan Patra

Remove stems from all leaves. And wash it properly. Take out from water and rinse.

Meanwhile Mix all 3 flour in a paraat.Add Oil soda salt ginger chilli paste garam masala turmeric powder red chilli powder asofoetida lemon juice and jeggary and prepare a semi liquid batter. (NOT SO THIN OR THICK)

Now take a big leaves and Spread a batter on a dull side. Arrange small leaves on it and again spread batter.Fold both sides and make a roll.
Likethis wake make all rolls. And steam for 15 to20 min. On a preheated steamer. Besan patra is ready. Allow it to cool and cut in to pieces. - 4
Heat oil in a pan.Tempered mustard seeds and sessme seeds.Transfer all patra pieces in a pan and roast. Sprinkle coriander and serve.
