Classic Brownies
Steps

In a bowl whisk butter,caster/powder sugar and brown sugar till well mixed.

Whisk eggs 1 at a time, till sugar dissolves.

Add melted chocolate,mix it. Add sifted dry ingredients and mix

Pour in 8*8 square mold and add some chocolate pieces or chips and bake it on preheated pot for 25-30 minutes on low-medium flame.
check with skewer and it will comes out Gooey then brownie is done. - 5
Oven timings:
Bake in preheated oven at 180c for 30-35 minutes. oven temperature may vary so be careful and check between the baking. - 6
Cut into 16 pieces and serve 😊
Note:
*Baking powder is add for brownie lift.
*Do NOT over mix (butter,both sugar and eggs), otherwise it becomes cakey in texture.
