Moong, Masoor Soya Dal

Moong Masoor dal is a traditional, delicious and healthy dish in our country as well as some countries surrounding. I have taken the opportunity to make it super tasty and healthy by adding soya chunks, spring onions along with regular spices and ingredients. Adding the winter spring onions enhances the taste and flavour.
