Soak rice and groundnuts in water for 1 hour. Wash and add in a blender the soaked rice and groundnuts, with cloves, ginger and water.

Blend till smooth. Then use a sieve cloth to extract the juice. In a pot, pour the juice and cook on medium heat with continues stirring.

Stir to avoid sticking underneath the pot. When brought to a boil, add in your powdered milk and sugar, keep stirring until it cooks and thickens to your desired consistency

Remove from heat and add lemon juice, stir. If it's too thick, add hot water.

Done and ready to serve with any condiment of choice. Served mine with kosai.
