Pork meatballs for hotpot or soup🍲
1/4Napa cabbage
1/4Shimeii mushroom
10 cmSpring onion
Rice or noodles(udon or ramen noodles)
Hotpot soup
1000 ccWater
2table spoons Chinese chicken stock powder
1table spoons Oyster sauce
2tea spoons Grated ginger
2Garlic cloves (grated)

Cut Napa cabbage in small pieces(5cm width). Finely chop spring onion.

Mix all the soup ingredients in a pot. Once it’s boiled, add pork meatballs or vegetables.

Once you eat meat and vegetables, I recommend you you to add noodles or rice and cook them in the remaining soup! We call it “Shime(closing)” in Japan.
