Ingredients

  1. 1 Cupgram flour
  2. 1/4 CupSemolina
  3. 1/2 Tbsppepper powder
  4. 1 TbspSugar
  5. 1 TbspLemon juice
  6. 1/2 TbspRed chili powder
  7. 1/2 TbspCumin Coriander powder
  8. 1/2 TspAsafoetida
  9. 1/4 TspBaking soda
  10. as requiredSalt to taste
  11. 1/4 cupFinely chopped coriander
  12. 1/2 cupFinely chopped green fenugreek leave
  13. As requiredwater
  14. as requiredOil for frying

Steps

25 Minutes
  1. 1

    In a bowl, gram flour and Semolina are to be taken. Add pepper powder, red chilli powder, coriander cumin, Asafoetida and salt.

    Then add baking soda, sugar and lemon juice.

    Now add chopped coriander and finely chopped green fenugreek.

    Add little water to prepare a thick batter.

    Heat oil in a pan and make fritters from this batter first on high flame and then fry on low flame.

    Hot Methi Pakora can be served like this with green chutney and tomato sauce.
