Pakora is made in many different types. Green fenugreek is very good in winter season. By adding green fenugreek to chickpea flour, its Pakora or gota is very good. Even so, green fenugreek is also very beneficial for the body, so today I have made Methi Pakora during the winter season.

Pakora is made in many different types. Green fenugreek is very good in winter season. By adding green fenugreek to chickpea flour, its Pakora or gota is very good. Even so, green fenugreek is also very beneficial for the body, so today I have made Methi Pakora during the winter season.

In a bowl, gram flour and Semolina are to be taken. Add pepper powder, red chilli powder, coriander cumin, Asafoetida and salt.

Then add baking soda, sugar and lemon juice.

Now add chopped coriander and finely chopped green fenugreek.

Add little water to prepare a thick batter.

Heat oil in a pan and make fritters from this batter first on high flame and then fry on low flame.

Hot Methi Pakora can be served like this with green chutney and tomato sauce.
