Balsamic Chicken, potatoes & carrots

Ingredients

4-6 ppl
  1. 1shallot
  2. Rosemary (I used dried and chopped)
  3. Olive Oil
  4. 1/4 cupbalsamic vinaigrette
  5. 1/4 cupwater
  6. 1/2 cupchicken broth
  7. Salt
  8. Pepper
  9. 1 tspbutter
  10. 6boneless, skinless chicken tenders

Cooking Instructions

    I cooked chicken in my Ninja Grill and then pressure cooked and air fried my potatoes and carrots. When I had about 5 minutes left, I started my sauce.

    Sauce for chicken; Chop shallot, heat over med heat shallot and rosemary (as desired) with a drizzle of olive oil. Heat and stir about 2 minutes until soft. Add vinaigrette, chicken broth, and water. Stir and let simmer a few minutes. Then add butter, salt and pepper. Simmer a few minutes.

    Add sauce over chicken and eat.
