Firstly, make dough of maida and make 2 rotis of it. Roast those Rotis on a pan and see that it should be over roasted.
After roasting, keep them aside. - 2
Now in a pan add 1 tsp of butter. Once it melts, add chopped onion, capsicum and tomato in it and stir. Also add 2 pinch of black salt.
Now roast the chopped veggies for 10 mins on low flame.
After this add 2 cheese slices and mix with veggies to get mixed properly. - 3
Now add those last night leftover veggies and stir on low flame for 10 mins.

Take 1 maida roti and spread garlic sauce and pasta sauce on it.
Add the cooked veggies and give 1 fold just like semi circle types.
Now on a pan, shallow it on low flame.
After that, cut it into 2 pieces, as shown in picture.
Now serve hot and spicy quesadilla.
