Boil potatoes,grate and keep aside.Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan,add cumin seeds.Let them crackle.Add garluc,ginger and green chillies.Saute 1 minute.Add all vegetables.

Add all powdered spices.Mix well

Add 1/4cup water,cook for few minutes till vegetables are tender.Mash slightly.

Take out and let it cool.Mix grated potatoes and salt as per taste.

Make a slurry of cornflour,make cutlets.Dip in the slurry and coat with bread crumbs.

Fry cutlets in medium hot oil.Take out when golden.

Serve with sauce.
