  1. 400 gmpabda fish
  2. 1big onion chopped
  3. 1 tspgarlic paste
  4. 2 tspturmeric powder
  5. 1 tsproasted jeera powder
  6. 8green chilies
  7. 2 tbspgreen coriander leaves
  8. 4 tbspmustard oil
  9. as requiredSalt

  1. 1

    Clean pabda fish after cleaning add turmeric powder and Salt to keep a side.Heat the pan add mustard oil and then fry the fish.

    Then take out the fish from the pan and keep side.

    Add garlic paste the pan saute it well after that add chopped onion to the pan.Now add green chilies and Turmeric powder and jeera powder. Lastly add water and salt to make the greavy.When the greavy become thik then add fish into the greavy.Add chopped green coriander leaves and some whole green chilli and 1 tsp raw mustard oil to the curry. Serve it hot with rice.
