Firstly, in a pan take onions tomatoes and cashews.

Add all dry spices and ginger garlic paste.

Add butter and water. Mix well bd cover and simmer for 10 minutes or till everything is cooked well.

Remove the bay leaf before grinding to a smooth paste. Keep aside.

In a pan heat butter, oil and fry paneer cubes. When the paneer turns light golden, keep it aside.

In the same oil, add cumin, ginger, chilli. Fry spices till they become fragrant.

Add and fry all spices on low heat till fragrant.

Add prepared onion tomato base and mix well. Keep stirring till oil separates. Add cream and salt. Mix well.

Cover and simmer for 5 minutes till the base is cooked well.

Add fried paneer, kasuri methi, coriander to it.

Finally, enjoy paneer makhani with roti or rice.
