Ingredients

  • 1/2pd of ground beef
  • 1/4 cupchopped onion
  • 1 1/2 cupwater
  • 1 (16 oz)stewed tomatoes
  • 1 (16 oz)kidney beans
  • 1 (8 oz)tomato sauce
  • 1/2 envelopetaco seasoning
  • Shredded cheese

Steps

  1. 1

    In large saucepan cook ground beef and onions until meat is browned

  2. 2

    Add water, undrained tomatoes, undrained kidney beans, tomato sauce and taco seasoning

  3. 3

    Simmer uncovered for 15 minutes
