Ingredients

10bread slices
5large eggs
1 tspsalt + 1 tsp black pepper powder
1/2 bowlcarrot (julienne cut)
1/2 bowlcabbage (julienne cut)
5 tbspbutter
5kabab (chapli or Shami)
5cheese slices
As required mayonnaise
As required thousand island (sauce)

Beat all eggs with salt and black pepper powder. Set a side.

In a nonstick pan heat 1 tbsp butter. Saute carrot and cabbage.

Pour little amount of egg on it.

Place 2 bread slices on it. When 80% is done flip the slices.

Put cheese slice on the bread.

Put kabab. Then spread mayo and thousand island sauce. You can use ketchup as well if you don't have thousand island dressing.

Now cover all ingredients with the other slice. Make a sandwich and toast with a little butter.

Dish it out and serve with juice or any drink.
