Chura Matar / Green Peas Poha

Boil green peas with 1/4 tsp sugar and salt. Strain and keep aside.

Rinse poha in water and keep aside for 5 minutes.

In cooking pan add heat oil. Do tempering of asafoetida and cumin seeds as splutter add grated ginger and slit green chillies. Saute for 30 seconds.

Add boiled peas and saute for 30 seconds.

Add roasted cashewnuts and soaked poha, tumeric powder,salt, sugar, lemon juice, chopped green corainder leaves. Mix well. Cook on low flame for 2 minutes.

Serve Relish Delicious Nutritious Hot Chura Matar / Green Peas Poha with hot tea or coffee at tea time.
