Ingredients

1 Person
  • 1(One) thousand grams 1KG peeled potatoes
  • 125 gButter
  • 125 mlPasteurized Cow Milk
  • 20grinds of Salt
  • 250 gBrussel Sprouts
  • 1 PackShop bought thick carved Pork Slices

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the peeled potatoes (I used Maris Piper Potatoes) for about 20 minutes until they are nice and soft and then drain away the hot water and then add the 125ml of milk on top of the hot cooked potatoes within the Saucepan and then add the 125g of Butter and then eventually form into a mash potato

  2. 2

    Boil the Brussel Sprouts for 6 minutes as it says on the back of the Packaging and then drain the hot water away and then allow too cool

  3. 3

    Put the cold cooked mashed potatoes in a non-stick Wok etc. and then add the cold cooked Brussel Sprouts and then turn the Salt grinder 20 times and then gently simmer with the Wok Lid on and then turn the ingredients with a Wooden Spoon about 10 minutes later and then put the Wok Lid back on and fry on a low simmer for about a further 10 minutes

    Add pinches of Table Salt too the Bubble and Squeak you are about too eat and then add the cold cooked Shop bought Pork Slices too the side of your meal. Enjoy
