Quick Til / sesame chikki

Dry roast sesame seeds on low flame. Let it cool. prepare a greased thali or use Asahi Kasei cooking sheet. I have used Asahi Kasei cooking sheet.

Heat ghee in a pan, add jaggery powder, and 1 tbsp. water. Cook on a low flame until jaggery melts and bubbles appear. Add baking soda and mix.

Add sesame seeds into it and mix it well. Pour over the cooking sheet and roll it into a thin sheet. Use a cookie cutter when it is warm and cut flower-shaped chikki. Garnish it with tutti fruity.

Your delicious til chikki is ready to eat.
