Ingredients

30 Minutes (10 minute prep)
5-8 People
  1. 1 lbhot ground sausage
  2. 1 cupRanch
  3. 1 cupshredded sharp cheddar
  4. 1chopped bell pepper (red or yellow)

Cooking Instructions

30 Minutes (10 minute prep)
  1. 1

Turn on oven to 350 degrees

  2. 2

Brown 1lbs hot sausage and drain thoroughly. It’s very important to degrease as much as possible, after draining use paper towels to wring out sausage and soak up as much grease as you can.

  3. 3

Chop bell pepper to small 1/4 in pieces

  4. 4

Combine all ingredients (browned sausage, ranch, shredded cheese and chopped bell pepper) in a 10 in oven safe glass dish. Pie pans work great!

  5. 5

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes (or till cheese is melted and golden brown on top)

  6. 6

Remove from oven and let sit for 5-10 minutes to cool. If necessary dab grease on top with paper towel. Serve with tortilla chips!
