Heat the ghee in a deep pan now in a mixer jar add carrot pieces and grind it coursly.add the carrot and saute for 2-3 min. add the milk mix well and cook on a high flame till the milk is absorbed totally.

Add the sugar and desiccated coconut mix well and saute till the ghee leaves the bottom of the vessels to add homemade mawa and cook for a few min.

Now add dry fruits mix it again.now halwa is ready to serve.
