Grease brinjal with a little bit of oil and microwave for 10 min.

Chop tomato, onion, garlic, and green chili

Take a pan add oil, and add jeera when the oil is hot. Add onion and saute till onion become translucent. Add garlic, and green chili. Saute for 1 min more. Add tomato and cook till tomato become pulpy.

Add chopped and crushed baingan with salt, red chili powder, and coriander powder. Simmer for 5 min.

Bharta is ready to Serve.
