In a pressure cooker boil bones with 3 cups water + ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp + salt.. 30 to 40 mints

In a pot add 1 cup oil & meat bong & ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp fry it when it change color add spices with 1/2 cup water mix well cook until oil separated and spices cook properly..

Then add boiled bones in it with stock (separate nalli in it) cook it until meat become tender and soft in low flame.

When oil separated. Then add all-purpose flour mixture gradually in it. Mix well then close the lid and cook it for 20 to 30 mints...

When oil separated add tadka in it and close the stove

Then serve it with garnish...
