Dough ingredients
1 tespSalt
1 tespSugar
3 tbspGhee
1 cupLukewarm water
2 tbspYeast
1Egg
3 cupsAll-purpose flour
For stuffing
1 1/2 cupCottage cheese
1 cupSpring onion
1/2 tespBlack pepper
3 tbspYogurt
1 tbspolive oil
Egg wash

Make a fine and smooth dough

Knead it well and then leave for getting stand. In the meanwhile make it's stuffing with given ingredients.

Now our dough is fermented. Knead it again with dust. Now make it's equal parts. Now make it's balls. Now roll it and make thick circle.

Now cut it in triangle shape. Now cut from center 4 time. Leave some place for stuffing. Now stuff these. Then fold and apply egg wash and then place for baking about 20 minutes. Now these are ready for serve. You can check the inside of these breads too much soft and fluffy.
