Ingredients

12 minutes
18 cookies
  1. 1.5 cupsflour
  2. Stickbutter
  3. 200 gdates (pitted and soaked in boiling water for 5 minutes)
  4. 1large egg (two small)
  5. 1/2 cupsemisweet chocolate chips
  6. Handfulpecans (chopped)
  7. 1 tspvanilla
  8. 1/2 tspbaking soda

Cooking Instructions

12 minutes
  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 350°F

  2. 2

    Gently mix wet ingredients together. Once combined, add dry ingredients. Save chocolate chips for last.

  3. 3

    Shape 2 tbsp of dough into a ball and very lightly smoosh it in between your hands of make it flat. Sprinkle with coarse salt!

    Bake for 13-15 minutes

  5. 5

    Cool for a few minutes and enjoy warm!
