Ingredients

  1. 8 ouncesLinguine Pasta
  2. 2 Tablespoonsolive oil
  3. 6 Tablespoonsbutter
  4. 4 clovesgarlic minced
  5. 1 teaspoonred pepper flakes
  6. 1 1/4 poundlarge shrimp
  7. salt and pepper to taste
  8. 1 teaspoonitalian seasoning
  9. 4 cupsbaby spinach
  10. 1/2 cupparmesan cheese
  11. 2 Tablespoonsparsley chopped
  12. ▢1 Tablespoon lemon juice

Steps

  1. 1

    In a large pot cook the pasta in boiling water according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

  2. 2

    Using the same pan, heat olive oil and 2 Tablespoons of butter. Add the garlic and red pepper flakes and cook until fragrant.

  3. 3

    Add the shrimp and salt and pepper to taste. Cook until the shrimp start to turn pink.

  4. 4

    Add italian seasoning and spinach and cook until wilted.

  5. 5

    Add the pasta back to the pot with the remaining butter, parmesan, and parsley. Still until mixed and butter is melted.

  6. 6

    Add the lemon juice before serving and serve while hot.
