Pearl millet is an excellent source of protein.It is rich in vit.B.calsium , magnesium, fiber and perfect for winters.It gives warmth to our body.Gond as we all know that it is good for bones.I have used pearl millet,gond, jaggery powder, cardamom and water to make this drink.Do try this recipe - simple and nutritious!

Steps

Heat ghee in a pan, add gond, and fry on slow to medium heat. Keep it aside.

In the same ghee add pearl millet flour and fry on low heat. Keep on stirring.

When it changes its colour, add water, Jaggery powder, and gond. Cook it on low heat until it starts boiling. Switch off the gas stove. Add cardamom powder and mix.

Pour it into 2 glasses and garnish it with some chopped almonds and serve it hot.
