A nice, easy dish full of curry spice without being overly spicy

Chop or Cube Chicken* into bite-size. For easy cutting, use partially frozen chicken. *See tip: https://cookpad.wasmer.app/us/tips/44438

In a small mixing bowl, rub all marinading ingredients into the chicken and marinade 10 min at room temperature.

While the chicken is marinading, chop Onion, Mushrooms and Garlic.

Heat a fry pan to Med-High temperature and add Vegetable oil.

Fry vegetables from step 3 until onion turns transparent.

Add marinaded chicken from step 2 and stir-fry until the meat is cooked.

Add all seasonings at once and stir-fry until well coated.

Transfer to a plate or bowl. Great paring with rice or flat bread. Also makes a great appy, sandwich filling or pizza topping!
