Clean & wash the bathua.Take a grienderjar put bathua,ginjar& greenchili to make.a paste.T ake a mixing bowl put wheatflour,& all spices mix it well.

Add oil & bathua paste mix it well, and add water to make a paratha dough. Rest it for 10 minutes. Divide the dough into small equal balls. Roll it a paratha shape.

Heat a pan and put paratha cooked on both sides nicely than add oil & cooked. Bathua paratha is ready. Serve with bathua raita & paneer chapati.
