Home-made Kafta mix Lebanese Baked Kafta and Potatoes with Rice

Blend the minced meat with 3 onions and onion parsley together till you reach the texture in the photo or mix by hand the minced onion and meat with the parsley.

Add salt 7 spices and black pepper

Mix by hand well.

Make small flat circles of the mix and place in a Pyrex (apply to the base of the Pyrex a bit of olive oil)

Add Onions with a bit of black pepper over the Kafta and Place in the oven for 10 minutes at 200 degrees (till its water comes out)

Chop 4 of each thin slices of Potatoes and tomatoes equally.

Remove from oven and place tomato slices all over the kafta and then the Potatoes to cover the whole dish.

Place in oven for 30 minutes on high heat

3 Tbspns of Tomato Paste and salt and pepper boiled in a pot and applied over the Kafta dish
