  • Pepper sauce

  • 2 sliceScotch bonnet
  • Fried plantain
  • Curry powder

    Break eggs into a bowl, add sauce, curry, diced onion, seasonings, boiled minced meat, and whisk

  2. 2

    Pour into a non-stick pan, top with fried plantain, slice onions, scotch bonnet

  3. 3

    Cover the pan and cook for 10mins using low heat

  4. 4
