Mix flour, curd and water, keep for fermentation for 8 hours.

Mix all vegetables in flour,Add all masala, peanuts.

Keep handwa pot ready. Put oil in handwa pot for tempering. Put mustard seeds, jeera, asfetodia in oil, now put handwa flour.

Keep handwa in slow flame for 2 hours. Check handwa.Serve hot with Green chutney. Yummy meal for dinner.
