Fry finely cut onion and take it out. And spread it out on a tissue paper so it will absorb all the oil and will be crispy.

On the same oil put ealichi and jafir jawetri in the remaining oil and then put chicken immediately after, so the spice won't burn. Make sure to cook this in a pot whose lid you can properly close. So it's scent won't escape

Waiting for color to change. Add lehsan Adrak paste and Qorma masala and then add yogurt and let it cook on slow flame.
Once it starts to leave oil, add a little bit of water to cook chicken.
Once chicken is almost ready, add crushed fried onions over and. You can also add almond at this point. Cook it for a while and close it.

You can also add jaifar jawetri and garam masala at the top and then close the stove immediately after.

Note:
For more Dark color, you can add daigi Mirchi and for more gravy you can add Dhania powder
