I had some leftover Chinese chives. I didn’t have much time to cook today, but I wanted to consume and finish them before they go bad. So I used a microwave and did this very quick random cooking. It turned out very delicious 😋

I had some leftover Chinese chives. I didn’t have much time to cook today, but I wanted to consume and finish them before they go bad. So I used a microwave and did this very quick random cooking. It turned out very delicious 😋

Wash the Chinese chives, cut them into 5cm and put them in a heat resistant bowl with a cling film covered. Heat with a microwave for 2-3 mins(600w).

Once it’s cooled down, remove excess water and mix with mayonnaise and soy sauce. Sprinkle sesame seeds.

I made with very small portion this time, but I wanted to eat more! I’ll make in larger portion next time 😊
