Beetroots Amla Mukhwas

Wash amlas and beetroots and pat dry them. Grate both with a grater. Remove seeds from amla.

Mix grated amla and grated beetroot. Add sugar and keep it aside for 2 days in the house.

After 2 days add 2 teaspoons of grated ginger add black salt mix everything well squeeze out the excess syrup.

Spread on a big flat plate. Keep it under sunlight for 1 day or till dries completely and become crisp.
Then store it in an airtight container.
