Steps

In a pressure cooker add your mutton, ginger & garlic powder, seasoning, bay leaf, onions, curry, thyme and little salt. Cover and allow to cook till it becomes tender

Wash your rice, strain and keep aside

In a pot add oil, little onions and fry your mutton meat until fried, bring out and set aside

In that same oil, add your 1 large chopped onions, 4 bay leaves, cloves, cardamom, cinnamon sticks, and star anise, stir stir and stir until fried, bring out and set aside

Add oil if there’s need to, add your onions, ginger and garlic paste, and add your washed rice fry for about a minute

Add your mutton broth, garam masala, crushed black pepper, and add any seasoning of your choice, then cover and allow to cook

At this point the rice is almost cooked 😃 open and add your fried mutton stir and allow to steam cook

Serve your rice and add your fried onions and spices. Enjoy 😃 !!
