In a bowl, add the 4 whole eggs, then add a tsp of salt and beat it with a hand mixer. - 2
Then continue adding the sunflower while continuing to beat it with the mixer, while gradually adding the greek yoghurt.

Then add all the dry ingredients, all-purpose flour, cornmeal flour, mixed with the baking powder.

After everything is thoroughly incorporated, add the feta cheese and the spinach:

Mix it with a spatula and then add the batter into a baking pan covered with baking paper and sunflower oil:

Bake it for 1h, at 250°C / 480 F.
After baking time you can serve it with canned pickles, canned cauliflower, feta cheese and with yoghurt.
