Steps
- 1
Boil the water.
- 2
Add the noodles and keep boiling until the noodles are loose.
- 3
Filter the water from the noodles.
- 4
Add the sauces and sugar to a small bowl. Mix well.
- 5
Fry the noodles and add oil at high heat with a pan on a cooktop or stove. After cooking one side, flip to the other side. While frying, stir the noodles. Use chopsticks to stir and lift the noodles to make it loosen easier.
- 6
Add the stuff from the bowl into the pan. Keep frying, stirring and lifting the noodles.
- 7
Now, turn off the cooktop or stove, if you don't want any toppings, you're ready to serve. If not, cook your toppings and add to noodles and done! If the final dish doesn't have enough soy sauce flavour, you can add some and then stir it.
