To Serve With Ramen: Garlic Bean Sprouts

We don't have a good ramen restaurant near us, so I'm always working on improving my homemade ramen.
I wrote down 3 to 4 servings, but in our house, we divide the whole amount between the two of us and have our ramen with a mountain of bean sprouts.

Bean sprouts are all about the crispy texture, so take care not to overcook it. In addition, it's tastier if you go easy on the salt and pepper and add lots of grated garlic.
You can make this in just 2 to 3 minutes! For 3 to 4 servings. Recipe by Kunsuke

I made this because I was looking for a new side for my ramen. The taste compliments the ramen very well. Im thinking of including this in my bento.
