Ingredients

2 servings

1Hanpen
1 smallOnion
1 tbspAonori
1splash Mentsuyu (3x concentrate)
1 tbspButter or margarine

Steps

Thinly slice the onion into wedges. Cut the hanpen into bite-sized pieces.

Melt butter in a pan, and sauté the onion until tender.

Add the hanpen to the onions from Step 2. Pour in a splash of mentsuyu, then sprinkle on aonori.

Of course, this recipe also works with chikuwa!
