First, we will break the fenugreek leaves wash it throughly a couple of times.

I have cut garlic & chilli in middle, it will not spring if it goes in oil.

Add 2 tbsp oil and heat it.

Add peas, 1tasp red chilli powder and cook for 2 min.

Put cumin powder, garam masala cream and stair well.

Our methi matar malai is ready. to serve.

We serve it with paratha & puri.

Add fenugreek and and cook fenugreek become soft.
