Matcha Cake Sticks

I had some black beans that were sitting in the fridge, so I used them to decorate matcha dough and baked into a cake.

This simple recipe is all about whisking everything together. I used store bought candied black beans. Please decorate with them as you like. Also use candied chestnuts or amanatto (sweetened aduki beans) If you don't have a square pan, you could also bake in aluminum foil cups! For 18 cm [7.1 in] square pan. Recipe by Yossy
