Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1 (16 oz)package of rotini pasta
  • PkgBoursin herb and garlic cheese (2 makes it extra creamy)
  • 2-3 tbsPesto sauce (to your liking)
  • 2 tbsBetter than bouillon chicken bouillon
  • Broccoli florets (fresh or frozen)
  • Rotisserie chicken or 2 lg chicken breasts chopped/shredded
  • Cajun seasoning for a little kick
  • 1 tspLemon juice

Steps

  1. 1

    Place pasta in pan even layer and cover just barely with water Add bouillon to pasta and Simmer until water is almost absorbed completely and pasta is Al dente

  2. 2

    Add broccoli florets, pesto, lemon juice and Cajun seasoning stir to mix thoroughly

  3. 3

    Add chicken and allow to simmer together until nice and creamy and well coated and broccoli to steam

  4. 4

    Plate and enjoy with garlic bread
