Firstly wash the carrot 🥕 and slice it. Put it in a mixi jar and grind it finely. If needed put little water.

In a previous day Wash udad dal, rice separately and soak for 6/7 hours, add fenugreek too.
Now grind the soaked dal rice in the mixer jar finely. Mix properly this batter and keep it in a warm place for 7/8 hours for fermentation.
The batter will be fermented, now add salt and carrot puree. Mix it properly. - 3
Spread the dosa on a non-stick hot tawa. Sprinkle tsp of oil over it. Cook on both sides. Then take it in a plate.

Serve hot carrot dosa with Sambar and chutney.
