There are many ways to enjoy a beer, a glass of wine, or a little tsipouro... Let's say with a flavorful pork sauté shared with your loved ones! A delightful appetizer for all palates, or as a meal accompanied by some rice or French fries!

Wash and cut the vegetables. Cut the meat into small pieces about 1-1.5 inches. In a large pan, heat the oil and sauté the meat pieces over high heat until browned. Deglaze with the wine and let the alcohol evaporate.

Then add the vegetables, spices, and continue sautéing for 2 minutes. Add hot water to cover the surface of the meat and once it boils, reduce the heat. Cover with a lid and simmer until the meat is tender, about 40 minutes.

Towards the end, mix the lemon juice, mustard, and honey in a small bowl. Add it 5 minutes before the dish is done. If there is any water left when the meat is done, increase the heat and continue cooking without the lid. We want it to remain with its oil.

Serve with French fries, rice, mashed potatoes, etc. Or enjoy it on its own as an appetizer with nice homemade bread and a little ouzo, tsipouro, wine, or beer! Enjoy and have a great time with your loved ones.
