An easy and especially quick recipe with gentle Italian flavors.

Sauté the gnocchi in butter over medium heat until golden.

Add the gorgonzola, then the parmesan and cream, and let everything melt together. Season with black pepper.

Transfer to an oven-safe or air fryer-safe dish, sprinkle the shredded mozzarella on top, and broil or air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes until golden and bubbly. Sprinkle with parsley and enjoy!
