  • 1Onion Diced
  • 1/2 CupDiced Carrot
  • 1.5 TbspMinced Garlic
  • 1 tspThyme
  • 1 TinRoasted Tomatoes
  • 2.5 TbspTomato Paste
  • 2.5 CupChicken Broth
  • 1 CupCream
  • 1/4 CupParmesan

  1. 1

    Heat butter,add onion till saute. Add garlic and cook for 2 mins.

    Add chicken stock, canned tomatoes, diced carrots and tomato paste.

    Add salt,pepper,sugar and thyme. Cook lower heat for 15 mins,then blend with mixer.

    Add cream and Serve with bagels.
